  • TRE® is designed to be a self-help tool that, once learned, can be used independently as needed throughout one’s life, thereby continuously supporting and promoting personal health and wellness.
    TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.  Fridays at 9am and 10:30am
  • Women's Resiliency Group invites all women to participate in the experience of a deeper understanding of their internal world in a safe, fun and enriching environment. Every 3rd Wednesday at 5:05
  • Be at Ease with Aging for Women over 40.  We are all aging every day. We encourage forward looking ideas  and support while simultaneously providing mental clarity and emotional well-being to the aging process. Every 4th Wednesday at 5:05
